2011 Honda Civic Tour blink-182 and My Chemical Romance Hollywood Bowl Sweepstakes, presented by Honda Financial Services ("Sweepstakes") begins at 7:00:00 a.m. (Pacific Daylight Time ["PDT"])/10:00:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time ["EDT"]) on June 15, 2011 and ends at 8:59:59 p.m. PDT/11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2011 ("Sweepstakes Period"). During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select two winners, one during each Entry Period.

Non-winning eligible entries from Entry Period #1 will carry over into Entry Period #2. Those who enter during Entry Period #2 will not be eligible to win the Grand Prize. There are two ways to enter: Either 1) Go online to the website at www.HFSGrad.com, complete the online entry form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the Sweepstakes Period ("online entry"); or 2) Print your first and last name, date of birth, email, phone number and zip code on a 3x5 postcard and mail it to: Marketing Factory Inc., Attn: 2011 Honda Civic Tour blink-182 and My Chemical Romance Hollywood Bowl Sweepstakes, 133 Horizon Ave., Venice, CA 90291 ("mail-in entry"). There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2011 and received by November 6, 2011. All other entries must be received by 8:59:59 p.m. PDT/11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 31, 2011. Any use of automated, robotic, macro, programmed or similar quick-entry programs is prohibited. Attempts to exceed the maximum number of entries permitted or to use more than one (1) email or mailing address may result in disqualification. Neither American Honda Finance Corporation dba Honda Financial Services ("Sponsor") nor Marketing Factory, Inc. ("MFI") ("Sweepstakes Administrator") will verify receipt of entries. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither Sponsor nor MFI are responsible for incomplete or late entries.

To enter the Sweepstakes to win the Grand Prize, you must, at the time of entry, be a lawful, permanent resident of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia, be 18 years of age or older (or above the age of majority in your state of residence), and be physically located in the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia. Entries submitted for the Grand Prize are void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
To enter the Sweepstakes to win the First Prize or the Runner Up Prize, you must, at the time of entry, be a lawful resident of the United States or District of Columbia, be 18 years of age or older (or above the age of majority in your state of residence), and be physically located in the United States or the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes and any Web sites, web pages and advertisements relating thereto are intended for viewing only within the United States. Entries received from persons residing outside of the eligible geographic areas, or where restricted or prohibited by law, will be disqualified. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Rubin Postaer and Associates, Marketing Factory, Inc., their advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses of each, regardless of where they live) and members of the households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, will conduct three random drawings to select one (1) prize winner for the Grand Prize, one (1) prize winner for the First Prize, and ten (10) Runner Up prize winners as described herein and below. The odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period. Non-winning eligible entries from Entry Period #1 will carry forward to Entry Period #2 thereafter and be eligible for the prize to be awarded for Entry Period #2. The potential winners will be notified on or about September 21, 2011 for Entry Period #1 and on or about November 11, 2011 for Entry Period #2. Notification will be by telephone and/or email, at Sponsor's sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes Administrator cannot engage in a live conversation with the potential winner within forty-eight (48) hours from the first notification attempt, then such person will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, if time permits. With respect to telephone notification attempts, such notification will be deemed given when a message is left on the potential winner's voicemail service or answering machine by the Sweepstakes Administrator or when the Sweepstakes Administrator has been unsuccessful in reaching the potential winner by telephone after three attempts, whichever occurs first. All notification requirements, as well as other requirements within these Official Rules, will be strictly enforced.

One (1) Grand Prize: Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during Entry Period #1 to receive the Grand Prize, which is a trip for the winner and one (1) travel companion to Los Angeles, California to attend a Honda Civic Tour concert on October 8, 2011 (the "Event"). Trip consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) persons from the major U.S. airport gateway nearest the winner's residence to Los Angeles; two (2) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (double occupancy); admission for two people to attend the Event (participation in the Event is subject to Sponsor's sole discretion); a "meet and greet" with one or more blink-182 and My Chemical Romance ("MCR") band members; an autographed blink-182 guitar; an autographed My Chemical Romance guitar; round-trip ground transportation between airport and hotel and between hotel and Event. The Event may or may not include admission to the blink-182 and MCR soundcheck. If the groups perform a soundcheck, the winners will be invited. If the groups do not perform a soundcheck, the soundcheck will not be included as part of the Prize. (Approximate Retail Value ["ARV"] $2,600.00) If the winner resides in Los Angeles or within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Los Angeles ("local resident"), in lieu of the round-trip coach air transportation of the Grand Prize, winner may receive round-trip limousine transportation of Sponsor's choice for winner and his/her guest from winner's residence to the hotel and/or Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute some other prize component. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Grand Prize for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize for a winner who is not a local resident. The actual value of the Grand Prize may vary depending upon the location of the Grand Prize winner's legal residence, fares at the time of travel and the value of services rendered and products provided at the time of the event. Any difference between the actual value and ARV will not be awarded. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the major U.S. airport gateway and his/her residence, including but not limited to any costs associated therewith. The winner of this Grand Prize and his/her travel companion must travel on such dates as are specified by Sponsor. If the potential winner cannot travel on such dates, then he/she may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected as a potential winner via a random drawing, if time permits. All travel arrangements must be made by Sponsor's agent. Winner must arrange travel with Sponsor's agent at least 15 days in advance and winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. Exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability and blackout periods. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any cancellations (with respect to travel, the Event or otherwise), delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Grand Prize. While the Sponsor will make every effort to provide the Event component of the prize, including the "meet and greet" with one or more blink-182 band members, due to changes in production schedules, artist illness and/or other factors not within Sponsor's control, the Event and/or "meet and greet" may be subject to cancellation. If the Event and /or "meet and greet" does not occur, then all other elements of the trip will still be offered.

One (1) First Prize: Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during Entry Period #2 to receive the First Prize, which is a Loserkids gift certificate redeemable on Loserkids.com for merchandise up to five hundred dollars (ARV: $500.00). The winner will be contacted by an MFI representative with instructions for redemption. Sponsor has not made, and Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the First Prize or regarding its use, value or enjoyment, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Terms and conditions, including an expiration date, may apply.

No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for prizes is allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, in whole or in part, of equal or greater monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. All meals, taxes, gratuities, incidentals (including mini-bar and entertainment expenses), phone charges, ground transportation, upgrades and any other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of each winner.

Ten (10) Runner Up Prizes: Sponsor will select ten (10) potential winner from all eligible entries received during Entry Period #2 to receive a Runner Up Prize, which is a drum head autographed by the members of blink-182 and My Chemical Romance (ARV: $25.00). The winners will be contacted by an MFI representative along with instructions for redemption. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty that the autographed drum head can be sold, bartered, or traded for at the stated value. Values are subject to market conditions, which can fluctuate and any difference between actual market value and ARV will not be awarded. Sponsor has not made, and Sponsor is not responsible in any manner for, any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or law, relating to the Runner Up Prize or regarding its use, value or enjoyment, including without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The potential winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (except where prohibited) (the "Affidavit/Release"). The Grand Prize winner's travel companion must be at least 18 years old and must sign and return a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) prior to the issuance of travel documents. Although you must be 18 years of age or older to enter this Sweepstakes, or accompany the winner, if a prize winner or his/her travel companion is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, then the parent/legal guardian of such minor must sign any documents required herein on behalf of such minor. All Affidavit/Releases must be returned within the time indicated in the documents. If such documents are not returned within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received, if time permits. If prize documentation or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received. All federal, state, local or other tax liabilities, including but not limited to income taxes or like amounts in connection with a winner's award, acceptance or use of a prize arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If a potential winner is not a "U.S. person" (as defined by U.S. tax law) and Sponsor is required to withhold U.S. federal withholding tax from the prize (and pay such amount directly to the United States Internal Revenue Service), then such potential winner will be required to pay to the Sponsor the amount of the legally required withholding before he/she can receive the applicable prize. Failure to pay such amount within the deadline established by the Sponsor will result in the disqualification of the potential winner. Notwithstanding such payments, the winner shall be solely responsible for the payment of any taxes due as a result of winning his/her prize.

Except where prohibited by law, participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, statement, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis and in all forms of media, in perpetuity and without further compensation in connection with this Sweepstakes. Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to the transfer of the personal information collected from the entrant to the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and for such other purposes to which entrant may consent as outlined herein or on Sponsor's Web site. All information submitted to the Sponsor as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy, available at www.HFSGrad.com. By entering the Sweepstakes, you also authorize Sponsor to provide your personal information to third party fulfillment companies so that such companies may process and deliver prizes to winners.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Sweepstakes Administrator, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By entering, winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from a) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes, b) any malfunction or other problem with the Sweepstakes Web site, c) any error in the collection or retention of entry information, or d) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize.

Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete online entries due to system errors or failures or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions; and/or entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system/human errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, cable connections, or satellite transmissions, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at a Web site, or any combination thereof, including other telecommunication, cable, digital or satellite malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. The Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for any malfunction of the entire Sweepstakes Web site or error in the collection, processing or retention of entry information. Proof of transmission does not constitute proof of entry.

If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the winner by conducting a random drawing from those eligible entries received up to the termination/suspension date. Sponsor may also disqualify or prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize in this or any other promotion conducted by Sponsor if, at its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant has violated the Official Rules or has threatened or is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick-entry programs), or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
